Welcome to Zelzo Lifestyle LLP. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website zelzolifestyle.com (the "Website") and any purchase you make through it. The Website is owned and operated by Zelzo Lifestyle LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India with its place of business at H.No. 1548/11, Shop No. 007, Shaheen Manzil, Maulana Azad Road, Gaibi Nagar, Bhiwandi, Dist. Thane, Maharashtra - 421302 ("Zelzo Lifestyle LLP", "we", "us" or "our").

By accessing the Website, creating an account or placing an order, you ("you" or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Warranty & Claims Policy, which form part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Your account

• You may need to register an account to place orders, track them and write reviews.
• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately at helpzelzo@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
• We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

3. Products and product information

We sell ZELZO-brand audio electronics (such as TWS earbuds and ANC headphones) and lifestyle accessories. We make every effort to display product descriptions, specifications, images and colours accurately. However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and specifications such as battery backup are indicative and may vary with usage conditions. If a product you receive is materially different from its description, you may return it as set out in our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery charges, if any, are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order.
• Prices and offers may change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you place it.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or technical error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.

5. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer by you to buy the product(s). An order confirmation email or message only acknowledges receipt of your order; the contract is concluded when we dispatch the product(s). We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, inability to deliver to your PIN code, or suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity. If we cancel an order that you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

6. Payment

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking and wallets, as available at checkout).
• Online payments are processed by secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay. We do not collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password.
• Payment gateways may apply their own terms and verification checks. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by your bank or the payment gateway.
• If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount is usually reversed automatically by your bank within 5–7 business days. If it is not, contact us with the transaction details.

7. Shipping, returns and warranty

Delivery, returns, refunds, cancellations and warranty claims are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Warranty & Claims Policy.

8. Reviews and user content

When you post reviews, ratings or photos, you confirm that the content is your own, is truthful, and does not infringe anyone's rights or contain anything unlawful, abusive or misleading. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content on the Website and in our marketing. We may edit or remove content that violates these Terms.

9. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, including placing fake orders;
• buy products for resale in a manner that violates these Terms or applicable law;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or other users' accounts;
• upload viruses or malicious code, or use bots or scrapers to extract content;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

10. Intellectual property

The "ZELZO" and "Zelzo Lifestyle" names and logos, and all content on the Website including text, graphics, product images and software, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our prior written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the Website or the products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Zelzo Lifestyle LLP and its partners harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

13. Third-party links and services

The Website may contain links to, or use services of, third parties (such as payment gateways, courier partners and social media). We are not responsible for their content or practices, which are governed by their own terms and policies.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Orders already placed are governed by the Terms in force at the time of ordering.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under consumer protection law, the courts at Thane, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Website.

16. Grievance redressal and contact

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, you can raise any complaint or grievance with our Grievance Officer using the details below. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month of receipt.
